Two persons, Amrendra Manjhi, Jitendra Manjhi were apprehended on suspicion while they were moving over a motorcycle carrying a bag which was searched out and during course thereof, 18.800 litres of country made wine was recovered. On interrogation, they disclosed that as per instruction given by the petitioner and some unknown, they were carrying the same.

Regard being had to the facts and circumstances of the case, let petitioner, PRAHLAD RAY @ PRAHLAD KUMAR SINGH @ PRAHLAD RAI be released on anticipatory bail in the event of arrest or surrender within four weeks on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand)

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.4250 of 2020(2) dt.11-06-2020 2/2 with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of 2nd Additional Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, Excise, Gopalganj in connection with Excise Case No. 383 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
