2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sasaram (M) P.S. Case No. 314 of 2025 registered for the offence under Sections 115(2), 126(2), 109, 303(2), 352, 351, 61(2) and 3(5) of the BNS.

3. As per the prosecution case, unknown criminals are said to have injured one person and have committed loot of Rs. 9000, one mobile phone and certificates. The petitioner is in custody since 22.09.2025 and it has come during investigation that he has participated in the loot.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and he has falsely been implicated in this case because of land dispute and there is no allegation against

5. Considering the nature of allegation levelled against the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
