By way of present application, the petitioner seeks restoration of L.P.A. No. 1457/2017, which stood dismissed vide order dated 02.07.2018 for non compliance of the peremptory order of the Court dated 25.06.2018. Nevertheless, the learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that now the direction of the Court has already been complied with.
