The sole grievance of the petitioner is that the Principal Secretary, Education Department, Government of Bihar has not yet disposed of the representation of the petitioner. Having considered the submissions of both sides, I dispose of the writ petition with a direction to the Principal Secretary, Education Department, Government of Bihar to dispose of the representation of the petitioner in accordance with law within four months from the date of this order. With the aforesaid direction, this writ petition is disposed of.
