2. The present criminal miscellaneous application has been filed for restoration of order dated 21.11.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No.58466 of 2025 in which direction was made to comply the order dated 12.09.2025 within two weeks, failing which the present application shall be dismissed.

3. Counsel for the petitioner submits that he could not contact with the Pairwikar of the case, therefore, the order could not be complied. He further submits that such mistake shall not take place in future.

4. In the light of the submissions made, the criminal

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.3138 of 2026(2) dt.18-02-2026 2/2 miscellaneous application is hereby allowed and Cr. Misc. No.58466 of 2025 is hereby restored to this original file, subject to cost of Rs.500/- imposed upon the counsel for the petitioner, which shall be deposited in the account of Patna High Court Advocates' Association.

5. It is made clear that the petitioner shall comply the said order dated 12.09.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No.58466 of 2025 within three weeks from today.
