2. The present petition has been preferred for the following relief(s):

"the petitioner SEEKS a direction/directions to all the respondents in general and the respondent Nos.03 to 05 in particular to pay the compensatory Amount against the lands bearing the plot no.8931 of the Khata No.313 and pertaining the Area 08 Khata 17 Dhurs situated under the Tauzi No. 535 and Thana No.58

Patna High Court CWJC No.770 of 2026(2) dt.22-01-2026 2/2 under the Circle- Saraigadh Bhaptiyahi in the district of Supaul acquired by them (Respondents). Due to NON-PAYMENTS of the same, the petitioner has got aggrieved, and has preferred the present application for needful."

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that his representation is pending before the respondent no. 3, the Land Acquisition Officer, Supaul.

4. Learned State counsel submits that the said representation (annexure-3) do not show any receiving of the respondent.

5. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the lady shall be filing a fresh petition alongwith the supporting document.

6. In that background, the writ petition stands disposed of directing the Land Acquisition Officer, Supaul. (respondent no. 3) to take the matter to its logical conclusion, if still not concluded, at an earliest.
