Patna High Court CWJC No.708 of 2026(3) dt.10-02-2026 2/3 with the consent of both the counsels.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that it would suffice for the present if the Respondents-Bihar Medical Services and Infrastructure Corporation Ltd. is directed to dispose of the representation made by the petitioner dated 27.09.2024 (Annexure P/6) and also subsequent representations dated 04.03.2025 and 12.08.2025 by fixing a time frame.

3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Respondents-Bihar Medical Services and Infrastructure Corporation Ltd. submits that he has no objection if a direction is given to the concerned authority, i.e., Managing Director, Bihar Medical Services and Infrastructure Corporation Ltd. (Respondent No. 4) to consider the representations made by the petitioners and pass necessary orders strictly in accordance with law.

4. Having regard to the above made submission, the present writ petition is disposed of directing the Managing Director, Bihar Medical Services and Infrastructure Corporation Ltd. (Respondent No. 4) to consider the representations made by the petitioner as expeditiously as possibly preferably within a period of 8 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this

Patna High Court CWJC No.708 of 2026(3) dt.10-02-2026 3/3 order. Any decision taken by the authority shall be communicated to the parties.

5. In case the authority comes to the conclusion that the claim of the petitioner is found to be genuine and correct necessary call of action will be taken.

6. With the above directions, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
