2. The present application has been preferred: to initiate Proceeding under Contempt of Courts Act against the

Patna High Court MJC No.39 of 2026(5) dt.19-06-2026 2/2 Respondents-Opposite Parties, who have misled this Hon'ble Court by saying that the State is ready to make payment of the acquisition amount of the lands to the farmers vide Order dated 06.01.2020, passed in C.W.J.C. No.17769/2018 and further the Order of this Hon'ble Court, passed in C.W.J.C. No.14595 of 2023 on 28.3.2024 by this Hon'ble Court, by which, the said Hon'ble Judge has passed the following Order-"If the petitioners individually approach the concerned authority, the same shall be taken to it's logical conclusion within a period of one year".

3. Learned counsel representing the Bihar State Housing Board submits that the representation stands disposed of vide an order dated 18.03.2026.
