1. Heard.
2. Learned counsel for both the parties would jointly submit that the parties have reached out of Court settlement resulting in closure of the loan account of borrowers Smt.Shushma Peswani and Nanak Peswani.
3. Mr. Mukesh Sharma, learned counsel for the LIC, would produce before the Court a certificate to the above effect and would pray that the appeals be disposed of in terms of the settlement.
4. A perusal of the certificate issued by the LIC reads that the LIC has received full and final payment of the entire loan amount including interest.
5. In view of the above, all the first appeals are disposed of by a decree that 'since the entire loan amount including interest has been paid, FA No.227 of 2005 preferred by Smt.Shushma Peswani & FA No.226 of 2005 preferred by Nanak Peswani are dismissed and FA No.4 of 2006 preferred by Life Insurance Corporation Of India is disposed of'.
6. The certificate submitted before this Court be made part of the record of all the three first appeals.
