Hon'ble Shri Justice Sanjay K. Agrawal Order On Board 24/07/2018 (1) Learned counsel appearing for the State submits that the petitioner has an alternative remedy of raising dispute under Section 64 (2 )(v) of the Chhattisgarh Co-operative Societies Act, 1960.

(2) In view of above, counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be allowed to raise dispute before the Deputy Registrar, Cooperative Society, Korba and the same may be

directed to be decided expeditiously.

(3) Be that as it may, the petitioner is at liberty to raise dispute before the Deputy Registrar, Cooperative Society under Section 64(2)(v) of the Chhattisgarh Co-operative Societies Act, 1960 within a period of three weeks from today, that will be considered and decided in accordance with law expeditiously.
