01.2020 Seeking review of the order dated 04.12.2019 passed in Criminal Revision No.334/2005 number of imputations have been made by petitioner against the Court such as the order was pronounced without being published in the cause list, that matter remain reserved for eight months, that at the time of pronouncement the order was not read out and that the submissions made by him at the time of hearing have also not been considered.

Having checked the cause list of 04.12.2019, it has been found that the matter was duly listed in the cause list before being pronounced in the open Court and that the operative portion of the order was also read out by the Court while doing so. Such imputations made by the petitioner are in fact contemptuous in nature. However, this time he is not taken to task and left unscathed just with a note of caution to be careful in future while stating anything like this against the Court. 3.

As regards merit, the order dated 04.12.2019 is not found worthy of reconsideration and being so this petition is hereby dismissed and so also the ancillary applications filed therewith.
