The present contempt petition has been filed pursuant to the correspondence issued by Respondent No.2 dated 16.12.2019. Vide the said correspondence, the Respondent No.2 has intimated the Petitioner in respect of the challenge made by the Respondents before the Supreme

Court; so far as the order passed by this Court in Contempt Case (C) No. 249/2017. That Contempt Case (C) No. 249/2017 is already pending consideration before this Court.

In view of the fact that the said contempt case is already pending consideration before this Court, we are of the opinion that a subsequent contempt petition on the correspondence made arising out of aforesaid Contempt Case (C) No. 249/2017 would not be maintainable.
