Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that during the pendency of the writ petition, all the petitioners except petitioner Nos.2, 8 & 9 have been promoted on the post of Head Master. The petitioner Nos.2, 8 & 9 have already made representation to the respondent authorities in this regard, but the same has not been considered and decided till date, therefore, the respondent authorities may be directed to consider the representation of the petitioner Nos.2, 8 & 9.

Learned State counsel would submit that the petitioners' representation shall be decided expeditiously.

Be that as it may, the respondent authorities, particularly the respondent No.2, are directed to consider and decide the representation of the petitioner Nos.2, 8 & 9 in accordance with law, preferably within a period of 60 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands disposed of.

The petitioners are at liberty to file additional representation before the respondent authorities.
