1. Pursuant to order dated 27.11.2017 warrant of arrest was issued against the appellant.

2. The report dated 23.12.2017 received from P.S. Chakradhar, District- Raigarh, Chhattisgarh and it is informed that the sole appellant has died on 14.12.2006. A merge intimation report is enclosed with report.

3. In view of above, the appeal is abated.
