1. In this case, learned counsel for the respondent submits that after revision of policy, interest and recoverable amount has been refunded to the petitioner, amounting to Rs.2860682/- has been paid and a copy of order dated 04.11.2019 has also been placed for perusal of this Court.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has not received any information from the petitioner though attempt was made to contact.

3. Considering the aforesaid submission of learned counsel for the respondent and that the learned counsel for the petitioner is not in a position to dispute the said contention, this petition is finally disposed off as having rendered infructuous. Subject, however, with liberty to revive, in case, the claimed amount has not been fully paid.
