Earlier one appeal i.e. Cr.A. No.54 of 2000 has been filed on behalf of the appellant against judgment dated 20.11.2000 arising out of Special Case No.17/2000. It appears that this appeal is a repeated one. The earlier appeal has already been decided by this Court vide judgment dated 14.02.2017. Therefore, adjudication of this appeal is not required. 3.

Accordingly, the appeal is disposed of as the same is already adjudicated.
