The matter was passed over once in absence of any representation on behalf of the petitioner. Even in the second call none appears nor any representation is made on behalf of the petitioner today. On the earlier occasion also on 13.01.2020 no appearance was made on behalf of the petitioner. Under the circumstances, this Court is left with no other option except to dismiss the writ petition for want of prosecution. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed for want of prosecution.
