Appreciating the contents of the petition and the relief sought for, it appears that the matter has become infructuous for the reason that it was a selection process which was held in the year, 2009 on the post of Legal Inspector (T) under the respondents.

By efflux of time, the selection process must have concluded and the selected candidates also must have given appointment. None of the selected candidates have been made party to the writ petition and it appears that the petitioner has lost interest in contesting the case. However, in the absence of any representation on behalf of the petitioner, the petition stands dismissed for want of prosecution. Sd/- (P. Sam Koshy) Judge Inder
