The communication received from the Jail authorities shows that Man Bahadur Singh, son of Nar Bahadur has been released on 07.10.2018 after completion of the entire jail sentence. Likewise, Ganga Singh, son of Tulsi Singh has been released on 07.10.2018 after completion of entire jail sentence.

In view of the above, office reference has become infructuous. Accordingly, this petition is disposed of.
