By this first appeal under Section 96 of the Code of Civil Procedure, the appellants have challenged the illegality and propriety of judgment and decree dated 01.8.2003 passed by Third Additional District Judge, Raipur in Land Acquisition Case No.25/2000.

The case is listed for final hearing in the weekly list commencing from 09.7.18 to 13.7.18. The case was called on every day of the week, but none appeared to represent the appellants.

In absence of any representation on behalf of the appellants, this Court has left with no other option but to dismiss the matter for want of prosecution.

Consequently, the appeal is dismissed for want of prosecution.
