By this first appeal, the appellant has challenged the impugned order dated 21.3.2002 passed by the 3rd Additional District Judge, Raipur (CG) in Acquisition Case No. 12/2000.

The case is listed for final hearing in the weekly list commencing from 16.7.2018 to 20.7.2018. The case was called on every day of the week, but none appeared to represent the appellant.

In absence of any representation on behalf of the appellant, this Court has left with no other option but to dismiss the case for want of prosecution. 4.
