This case has been filed alleging wilful disobedience of the direction given by this Court on 03.12.2020 in WPC No. 2947 of 2020. 2.

We heard Mr. Kshitij Sharma, the learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner as well as Mr. Ranbir Singh Marhas, the learned counsel for the Respondent/contemnor.

Annexure/C-1 verdict in respect of which the alleged contempt has been committed was the subject matter for consideration in Review Petition No. 6 of 2021. After hearing both the sides, the above order was recalled with reference to the order dated 14.09.2020 in Miscellaneous Application No(s).1528/2020, whereby the Review Petition has been allowed and the Writ Petition has been restored to the file, to be listed for further consideration tomorrow.

In the said circumstance, the cause of action projected in Contempt Case (C) No.14 of 2021 has vanished.

The learned counsel fairly submits that the matter is not pressed. 6.
