The prayer made by the petitioner in the present Writ Petition is for issuance of direction for holding the counseling again so far as the petitioner is concerned and be considered for appointment on the post of SubEngineer. 2.

The counsel for the respondent No.2 submits that, by efflux of time, the matter has become infructuous for the reason that, the entire recruitment

process itself has been finalized and all the selected candidates have also been appointed and no further vacancies are available and none of the selected candidates have in between made a party to the present Writ Petition.

Reserving the right of the petitioner to challenge any subsequent development that has occured, the present Writ Petition stands dismissed as having become infructuous.
