Considering the nature of dispute that the petitioner has raised and also taking note of the fact that the substantive appointment of the petitioner being purely temporary in nature. Moreover, the Counsel for the Petitioner does not dispute the fact that all these posts which are lying vacant has since been filled up on regular basis by the respondents.

Given the said fact, the petition, as such has become infructuous. In view of the same, the present Writ Petition stands dismissed as having become infructuous.
