Mr. Chandresh Shrivastava, Dy. A.G. for the State. Shri B.D. Guru, counsel appearing for the petitioners in WP No. 193/2002, WP No. 196/2002 and WP No. 191 of 2002 submits that the issue involved in these writ petitions is similar and the matter has since been settled among the parties. The State Authorities have opened the shops allowing the petitioners to run their shops peacefully and the matter as such has become infructuous. Considering the submission of the counsel for the petitioners, WP No. 193/2002, WP No. 196/2002 and WP No. 191 of 2002 stand dismissed as having become infructuous.

So far as WP No. 218 of 2002 is concerned, though Shri B.D. Guru is not a counsel in this writ petition but submits that he is also aware of the fact of that case and the petitioner therein also has been given similar benefit.

Given the aforesaid fact, WP No. 218 of 2002 is also dismissed as having become infructuous.

Accordingly, all the 4 writ petitions stand dismissed as having become infructuous, reserving the right of the petitioners to approach this Court, in case if grievance still survives. Sd/- (P. Sam Koshy) JUDGE Rahul
