The limited prayer of the petitioner in the instant writ petition is for grant of adhoc increment granted to the similarly placed persons who were also appointed as Assistant Professor of emergency vide order dated 28.12.1999 and also the order dated 01.03.2001 where the benefit of increment was granted by the State of C.G., to two of the person. 2.

The counsel for the petitioner submits that let the respondent No. 2 conduct an inquiry whether the case of the petitioner is identical to the persons whose name is reflected in the order dated 28.12.1999 and 01.03.2001 and appropriate order be passed thereafter. 3.

The State counsel does not opposes the limited prayer made by the petitioner.

Accordingly the writ petition stands disposed of with a direction to the respondent No. 2 to consider the case of the petitioner in the light of the benefit granted to said employee vide order dated 28.12.1999 and

01.03.2001 and the petitioner if found identically place. An appropriate order be passed granting the benefit to the petitioner also on the ground of parity. 5.
