1. The petitioner has worked on the post of Law Officer in the office of Labour Commissioner, but his salary from 4.7.2005 to 12.10.2006 has not been paid to him, for which he has already made a representation.
2. Be that as it may, respondent No.2/Labour Commissioner, Chhattisgarh is directed to consider a representation of the petitioner qua salary for the aforesaid period within two weeks from the date of its receipt along with a copy of this order and take a final decision after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner. The petitioner is at liberty to make additional
representation, if any.
3. With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition finally stands disposed of. No cost(s).
