1. Proceedings of this matter have been taken-up through video conferencing.

2. By this petition, the petitioner has challenged the order of termination by which her services have been dispensed with from the post of Shiksha Karmi Grade-III (Probationer).

3. Mr. Shashank Thakur, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, after arguing for a fairly long time, submits that the petitioner may be allowed to file appeal before the Collector who is competent authority

to hear appeal against the order of the Chief Executive Officer, Janpad Panchayat terminating the services of the petitioner, within one month from today which is not opposed from the other side.

4. Considering the fact that some factual disputes are involved which requires to be determined and though the writ petition remained pending before this Court for a fairly long time, but, yet, in the interest of justice, the petitioner is allowed to prefer appeal within one month from today to the Collector / appellate authority, who in turn will finally decide the appeal within next 45 days from the date of filing appeal. The petitioner may also submit documents filed along with this writ petition in support of her appeal which will be considered by the learned appellate authority, in accordance with law.

5. With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
