The instant appeal filed against the judgment of conviction and order of sentence dated 21.03.2001 passed in Special Case No. 76 of 2000 by the Special Judge Bilaspur (C.G.). 2).

Learned counsel for the appellant submits that the appellant has died on 03.02.2015.

State counsel is directed to verify and submit the report. 4).

It is submitted by the State counsel that Station House Officer of Police Station Seepat District Bilaspur has verified and submitted that Gorelal S/o. Netram Yadav, has died on 03.02.2015 and enclosed death certificate along with report.

There is no application on behalf of any legal representative of the deceased appellant to prosecute this appeal any further. 6).

In light of the above, the instant criminal appeal is dismissed as having become abated.
