The petitioner had obtained an interim order in his favour on 29.10.2012 on the basis of which he continued to remain at the said place till date.

Given the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court does not

intend to keep the petition pending any further. Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed of with a direction that the respondents shall be restrained from executing the impugned order dated 12.07.2012 so far as the petitioner is concerned.
