The present appellant has previously preferred an appeal (Criminal Appeal No.3171/1999) from jail in the same Sessions Trial No.198/1998 against the same judgment impugned dated 06.05.1999 convicting him under Sections 363/34 and 366/34 IPC and sentencing him to undergo RI for 5 years with fine of Rs.2000 on each count. 2.

In aforesaid view of the matter the present subsequently filed appeal being Criminal Appeal No.2741 of 1999 against the same judgment passed in the same Sessions trial referred to above becomes redundant and is, therefore, dismissed as such.
