1. At the very outset, learned senior counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the Municipal Corporation, Jagdalpur, has orally assured the petitioner that his grievances shall be looked into.

2. In view of the above, learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, would seek permission of the Court to withdraw the petition with liberty to pursue the matter before the Municipal Corporation, Jagdalpur and to agitate the issue afresh before the Court if the grievance is not redressed.

3. No objection from other side.

4. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn, with the liberty as stated Supra.
