Necessary amendment be incorporated. Similarly, I.A.Nos.1 and 2 filed in S.A.No.482/2000 for bringing the LR of the sole appellant on record and for condonation of delay in filing the said application, are also allowed. Necessary amendment be incorporated.

Names of respondents No.1 and 2 in S.A.No.481/2000 be deleted, as they are already on record as LRs of deceased respondent No.3 Gulab Chand.

Similarly, names of respondents No.1 and 2 in S.A.No.482/2000 be also deleted, as they are already on record as LRs of deceased respondent No.3 Gulab Chand.
