The challenge in the present writ is to an advertisement dated 05.07.2012 Annexure-P/3.

There was no interim protection granted by this Court in favour of the petitioners. As such, by efflux of time, the advertisement must have been

acted upon and as such the matter must have rendered infructuous. 3.

Accordingly, the present writ petition stands dismissed as having become infructuous reserving the right of the petitioner to reagitate in case his grievance still survives.
