Moreover, this Court finds that the challenge in the writ petition is to the recruitment process that was initiated vide advertisement dated 16.08.2008, by now the recruitment process has been completed and the persons selected have also been granted appointment. None of the selected parties have been made respondent in the present Writ Petition. For this reason also, the petition may not be maintainable. However, in the absence of any representation on behalf of the petitioner, this Court is left with no option but to dismiss the Writ Petition for want of prosecution.
