2. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that petitioner has made several representations to the respondent authorities raising his grievance with regard to increments, interests, salary from 01/04/1995 to 02/04/1996, promotion, addition of the above period in service, pay fixation, rectification of service book and time bound advancement, but none of his representations have been considered and the period of 01/04/1995 to 02/04/1996 has been declared as dies non without even giving him an opportunity of hearing and without holding departmental enquiry, therefore, appropriate direction may be made for consideration of petitioner's representations in accordance with law.

3. Be that as it may, respondents No. 1 to 4 are directed to consider petitioner's representations

dated 07/06/2004, 26/12/2005, 10/08/2007 and 10/08/2009 (Annexures P/11 to P/14) absolutely in accordance with law within 45 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order by passing a reasoned and speaking order. However, the petitioner is at liberty to question the order dated 10/03/2014 declaring the period of 01/04/1995 to 02/04/1996 as dies non without giving an opportunity of hearing to him in accordance with law.

4. With the aforesaid direction, this writ petition stands disposed of. No cost(s).
