1. Pursuant to order dated 03.10.2018 warrant of arrest was issued against the applicant.

2. The report dated 12.11.2018 is received from the S.H.O. City Kotwali, District - Bilaspur, Chhattisgarh and it is informed that the sole applicant has died on 18.08.2018. A copy of the death certificate is enclosed with report.

3. In view of above, the appeal is abated.
