1. The present petition is against the cancellation of fair price shop under the Chhattisgarh Public Distribution System (Control) Order 2016.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the cancellation of fair price shop was passed on 21.10.2020 by Annexure P-1 without giving any opportunity of hearing, therefore, the petitioner has approached this Court.

-23. Order 18 of the Chhattisgarh Public Distribution System (Control) Order 2016 speaks about Appeal. Considering the fact that statutory appellate remedy is available, the petitioner may prefer an appeal against the order dated 21.10.2020 within a further period of 3 weeks from today before the appellate forum.
