1. The grievance of the petitioner in the present writ petition is nonconsideration of the petitioner for regularization by the respondents.

2. According to the petitioner, he worked with the respondents for a period from 1995 onwards till date. In between there was a gap of couple of years on account of his discontinuance by the respondents, however later he was again taken back in employment and is still working. The petitioner till now has worked with the respondents for a period of about 15 years and he is entitled for being regularized in the services of the State Government in view of the circular dated 05.03.2008.

3. The contention of the petitioner is that till date the claim of the petitioner has not been rejected or decided so far as his claim for

regularization is concerned.

4. Given the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the respondents No.1 & 2 take an appropriate decision in the case of the petitioner so far as his claim for regularization is concerned.

5. It is expected that the respondents shall take a decision at the earliest preferably within a period of 4 months from the date of receipt of the copy of this order.
