1. P.U.D. has been received from the Court of 6th Additional District Judge, Durg, C.G. praying for extension of time granted by this Court to conclude the trial in Civil Suit No.83/2015. This Court had while disposing off the W.P.(227) No.917 of 2019 on 17.12.2019 directed the trial Court to expedite the case and conclude the trial within a period of six months.

2. Considered on the reasons that are mentioned in the P.U.D., I feel inclined to grant extension as prayed for. A further extension of six months is granted to the trial Court to conclude the trial in the case mentioned hereinabove.
