Challenge in the present writ petition was to the recruitment process initiated for filling up of the posts of Lab Technician vide advertisement dated 4.5.2012, Annexure P-1.

During the course of hearing it is revealed that the issue involved in the present case stands squarely covered by an earlier decision of this Court in a bunch of writ petitions decided on 12.3.2013, lead case among them being W.P. No. 4806/2012 and other analogous writ petitions decided by the said common judgment. 3.

In view of the fact that the issue has already been dealt with by a coordinate Bench of this Court and the said bunch of writ petitions being already dismissed, this Court is inclined to take the same view.

Accordingly, the present writ petition also stands dismissed in the light of the order passed on 12.3.2013 in W.P. No. 4806/2012 and other analogous petitions. Sd/- (P. Sam Koshy) /sharad/ Judge
