ORDER

(Passed on 08th February, 2020) 1.

In the instant Criminal appeal where the appellants have been convicted under Sections and read with section IPC vide impugned judgment of conviction and order of sentence dated 26092002 passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge, Mungeli (CG) in Sessions Trial No, 94/2001' the parties present in the National Lok Adalat held today including the complainant clearly state that they have compromised the

matter amicably and residing peacefully and are not interested in prosecuting this appeal any longer.

in View of the aforesaid statement in the form of duly filled up and singed docket supplied by the parties, nothing survives to be further adjudicated and therefore, the appellants are acquitted of the charges levelled against them by setting aside the judgment impugned.

lt is held accordingly.
