The petitioner has been appointed on contractual basis to work under the National Rural Health Mission Chhattisgarh.

However, the petitioner seeks appointment at some other station and has made a representation.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that at this stage, the petitioner would be satisfied if the petition is disposed off with direction to the authority to consider feasibility of posting of the petitioner at the place requested by the petitioner. 4.

Considering that the appointment is contractual in nature for specific place and specific period, this Court is inclined to dispose off the matter for consideration of the Appointing Authority as to whether it would be feasible to give appointment to the petitioner at the place requested by the petitioner. The same may be considered and decided within four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 5.

The petition is disposed off.
