Limited prayer of the petitioner is that the petitioner's father died in harness on 26/11/2015. Subsequent to it the petitioner had filed an application on the ground of compassionate appointment on 6/04/2016. However, in the meanwhile the petitioner though were asked to file certain information on the basis of circular which has already been turned down by the State. Learned counsel submits that separate circular is applicable in case of the petitioner, therefore respondent may be directed to decide case of the petitioner for compassionate appointment afresh within stipulated time. 2.

Considering the fact that application for compassionate appointment is already pending, three years have already passed, respondents are directed to decide the application of the petitioner for compassionate appointment on the basis of the applicable circular within a period of 90 days from the date of receipt of this order.
