This court by order dated 1/06/2020 in WPS No.2001/2020 has passed the following order:- "Considering the submission of both the Advocates, without any observation on the merits of the case, since only prayer have been made that representation of the petitioner may be directed to be decided which has been filed by the Annexure P-1, it is directed that respondents No.3 & 4 shall decide the representation of the petitioner within a period of 90 days from the date of receipt of this order."

During the submission attention is invited to the document Annexure R-1-1 dated 28/02/2021. It is stated by the respondents/railways that representation has already been decided. After perusal of the order and the order on the representation, the representation having been decided, this Court will not enter into merits of the case. The petitioner shall have the liberty to approach appropriate

forum, if so advised. The rule is discharged. 3.

Accordingly, the petition is disposed of.
