Learned counsel for the Petitioner would submits that by order dated 22.04.2009, the Petitioner services has been regularized with effect from 28.06.1995. But arrears of salary from 28.06.1995 to 01.11.2000 i.e. regular pay-scale has not been granted.

Be that as it may, the Petitioner is at liberty to make a fresh representation within a period of 'one month' from today claiming the
arrears of regular pay-scale from 28.06.1995 to 01.11.2000 which will be considered and shall finalized within a period of 'two months' from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands disposed off accordingly.
