Hon'ble Justice Shri Gautam Chourdiya Order on Board 02/08/2021 1) The matter is heard through Video Conferencing. 2) The petitioner has filed the instant CRMP under Section 439(2) read with Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for setting aside the order dated 17/10/2017 passed by Sessions Judge, Durg, District Durg (C.G.) in Bail Application No. 1585/2017 granting bail to respondent No. 3 Akash Bidla who was arrested on 08/09/2017 in connection with crime No. 147/2015 registered at Police Station Bhatti Bhilai District Durg (C.G.) for the offence punishable under Sections 420 read with Section 34 of Indian Penal Code.

3) At the very outset, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks to withdraw this petition.
