1. Heard.

2. The petitioner contended that the petitioner was appointed as Peon in the Government College, Mungeli on 16.08.1985. Thereafter an application was filed before the SAT for regularization and grant of arrears of pay. The said application was allowed by the SAT by order dated 24.01.1995 and in compliance of the order the petitioner was granted regular appointment on the post of Peon by order dated 22.07.1995. The petitioner contended that thereafter in the year 2010 the gradation list was issued which discloses the fact that the persons who were appointed after the petitioner they have been placed

over and above the petitioner, therefore, he made representation and prays that the same may be directed to be decided.

3. Perusal of the case file would show that the representation Annexure P-1 it does not bear any seal and signature. In the facts of this case since it is stated that as on date the petitioner has retired, the petitioner, if so desires, may file afresh representation before the respondent No.2 narrating all the facts within a period of 6 weeks from today and if such representation is filed the said respondent in turn shall consider and decide the same as early as possible preferably within an outer limit of six months from the date of receipt of the representation.
