1. Pursuant to order dated 18-05-2018, learned counsel for the State submits that appellant Ghasi Ram has died on 20.04.2015. A death certificate of the accused is also annexed with the report which shows that he has died on 20.04.2018.

2. Since, the appellant has died and no legal representative is appeared on behalf of the appellant, therefore, the case is abated on his behalf.
