The matter was called out for hearing on two occasions. There was no representation on behalf of the petitioner even in the second round. 2.
In the absence of any representation on behalf of the petitioner and also taking note of the fact that challenge in the present writ petition is to the selection process which was initiated in the year 2008, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the writ petition for want of prosecution. 3.
